![]() This stick eyeshadow can be used as is on application with minimal blending for a dimensional metallic look, or as a sheer shimmer blowout on the eye. They both moved around the product effortlessly and I didn't see a difference between both sides. I used fingers and a synthetic brush to blend out the eyeshadow when I tried it on my eyes. I wouldn't say these are transper-proof though, especially for people who have watery eyes. I touched the swatch after about 10 min or so, and saw that nothing besides a few of the shimmer specks transfered on my fingertip. I then went onto the site description bar and found out that this product had a 36% water base, the paragraph also added that it dries down eventually. This made me notice that I needed to be careful with the pressure at application. The texture of this when I first tried to apply it was very wet, I was surprised because I expected a more solid texture. From my observation on a muted copper orange base, Electro Bolt includes shimmers that are blue-leaning whites, green leaning bright yellows, and a copper orange that's one shade darker than the others (which can't be seen on the photographs, unfortunately). ![]() When you look at the Electro Bolt from a distance, it looks like a yellow-green gold going on. The KVD eyeshadow sticks had somewhat confusing promo pics for me to actually understand how the product looked like, but I was interested so I decided to purchase on and see for myself.
